AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (Personal Data Protection Regime), as an applicant within the selection process in which I am participating, whether directly or through designated third parties, I expressly, freely, voluntarily, and spontaneously authorize Lívio, domiciled in Bogotá D.C. (the Company), to collect, store, consult, process, and in general, handle the personal information I have provided in this form and any other sensitive data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. This data includes, but is not limited to, matters related to my identification document, ID number, nationality, country of residence, address, phone number, marital status, corporate and personal email, salary, bank account, and any other information considered sensitive under the laws and policies cited above. This authorization is granted to enable my participation in the Company’s personnel selection process and to be included in its databases to ensure compliance with contractual, legal, or regulatory obligations.

I also expressly authorize the Company to share, transmit, deliver, transfer, or disclose my personal data for the purposes mentioned above to: i) Legal entities that are affiliates, subsidiaries, or associated companies; ii) Operators required to fulfill rights and obligations derived from the selection process and, if selected, my employment contract/apprenticeship agreement; iii) Individuals or legal entities involved in historical, statistical, and administrative processes related to the establishment, execution, and termination of my contract. Additionally, I authorize the Company to verify the personal information provided and conduct a social selection visit if necessary.

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Regime, the Company is responsible for processing personal data, which will be stored under strict control measures, thereby guaranteeing the rights of the data holders, such as the right to know, update, rectify, and access the collected data free of charge, to be informed of its processing, and to revoke authorization at any time.
